WHERE CAN I PARK? ?

As there is limited parking at the venue we’ve put together some options to help you out. Please click here to view all of the options available.

I'VE PURCHASED MY TICKET ONLINE. DO I NEED A PHYSICAL TICKET??

You don’t need a physical ticket. You just need to bring your ID with you to show at reception, then you will be given a wrist band that you will need to wear (on your wrist)  at all times.

DO I NEED A PERFORMANCE PASS??

All performers are required to purchase a performer pass regardless of whether they can attend the entire event. Your name MUST be submitted by your team leader in order to be eligible for the Performer Pass Price.

Performer passes will NOT be sold at the venue – you will be charged the full price of $290 instead of your Performer Pass price of $230 as we will not be able to verify that you are performing on the day.

MOST IMPORTANTLY please be aware that performer passes will NOT be available for purchase after the 24th of September. After this date, you will have to pay the full price of a full weekend pass ($290) at the door, no exceptions.

A performer pass is a FULL EVENT PASS that has been heavily discounted for those who have elected to perform at our festival. This rewards the performers for all their hard work and will help them to enjoy the festival even more.

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS TO INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOPS??

No, you cannot.  You can only purchase day passes or full passes as the venue is too big for us to control.  Once you enter the venue, we are unable to track your whereabouts so we would not be able to tell whether you just attend one workshop.

WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY FULL/PERFORMER PASS OR NIGHT TICKET FROM??

All pre-purchased tickets can be collected from the CLDF Registration Area (as you enter the hotel turn left). Tickets can be collected from Friday 07 October 3pm.

I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND, CAN I GET A REFUND??

We regret to advise that no refunds will be given to pre purchased tickets. As is the policy with all major festivals & concerts, we cannot issue refunds.

However, you can transfer your tickets to another name. Please email the Full names of the Pre bought pass along the Full names of  who they are being transferred to and the pass type. A fee of $30 is added for administration.

DO I NEED TO KEEP MY WRIST BAND ON AT ALL TIMES DURING THE FESTIVAL??

Wearing a wristband identifies you as a full pass / performer pass holder. When you collect your wristband, you will be asked to agree to the following conditions:

1)  To keep your wristband on at all times during the Festival

2)  If you lose your wristband and you are unable to provide us with your original wristband, you must pay the full price of a full pass for a replacement

3)  If you break your wristband and require a replacement, you agree to pay a $5 replacement fee.  You must provide us with your original wristband in order to get a replacement.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A PERFORMANCE TICKET? MY TEAM IS NOT LISTED?

If your team is not listed, please advise your team leader to register your team as soon as possible via the online form.

TECH REHEARSALS?

Tech rehearsals are compulsory and will be held at the festival venue – at the Great Room starting at 5.15PM. Team leaders please bring a copy of your music on a virus free USB.

PERFORMANCE VIDEOS?

Videos will be posted on the CLDF Youtube channel by the 14 October 2016.

PHOTOS ?

The official photographer at the festival is Klick Photography. They will be taking photos over the weekend and will be selling performance, workshop, social dancing and red carpet photos at the festival.

PRIVATES?

To be able to book a private with the festival artist you must have a performer, full weekend or a full day pass.

STEPS TO BOOK A PRIVATE

Contact the artists directly to organise a private with them.

If you require a room we have a carpeted area available at no charge, this can be booked by:

FOOD AND CONVENIENCE STORE?

The Rex Hotel has a fantastic restaurant that will be providing food throughout the festival. Or you can take a 15 minute stroll to Braddon, which has lots of great places to eat.

HOW BIG IS THE STAGE?

Due to the upgrade of the new venue unfortunately we do not have the budget for a stage this year.

The ‘stage floor’ dimensions are 16 x 10 meters.
